About Flow

Life is flow — and so is this practice.

I named this practice Flow because of something I've come to realise: life doesn't follow the plans we make for it. We try our best to chart a course, and then it surprises us — with loss, with change, with lemons. Over time, I've found that the best way forward is to flow with what comes, to meet each moment as it is, not just the ones we'd have chosen.

Building a private practice in London was never part of my plan. I'm trained in Hong Kong, and I'd always imagined a life there — perhaps somewhere quieter after retirement. Then life threw me a curveball, and here I am, starting from scratch in a new city, rebuilding a career I love.

That experience lives in this practice. At Flow, I want you to feel at home. I want you to feel that someone truly understands you. And I hope we can grow together — because I'm always devoted to your growth and wellbeing.

"Let's begin a life-changing journey together."
